Join us to learn about the development and provide input to the city's sustainability plan! City staff and representatives from Blue Strike Environmental and Baxter & Woodman will be present. The workshop will function as an open house where residents can stop by to learn about the planning process, review the city and community emissions profile, participate in engagement activities, and provide input through the community survey and in-person discussion.

This workshop is another important effort to gather community feedback to help inform the Sustainability Plan, alongside outreach already underway through the Food Truck Roundup, Taste of Des Plaines, and the online survey. Broad participation is important to help ensure the plan reflects the perspectives of the entire Des Plaines community.
