All are welcome! People with all experience levels - including no experience - are encouraged to join us. We love to help anyone that is interested in learning about birds and birding.

Wear comfortable clothes, socks and closed shoes (no sandals please)! There is alot of poison ivy around the historic Jefferson home. Bug spray is also recommended! Bring binoculars if you have them, otherwise binoculars will be provided. Come and witness fall migrating birds and local wildlife in the forest preserve and around the Des Plaines river.
