About the event
The Illinois Food Scrap & Composting Coalition (IFSCC) is proudly joining individuals around the world to celebrate International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW) from May 5 – 11. We have a week full of fun and informative events and programs. Our lineup aims to feature the important role compost/composting plays, the myriad of benefits it offers, including a focus of this year’s theme: COMPOST…Nature’s Climate Champion!
